Business Development & Growth Manager – BIU Smile Clinic | Istanbul

BIU Smile Clinic is a leading healthcare provider in aesthetic and implant dentistry, serving patients from Europe and the Middle East. We are currently building a strong team to support our fast international expansion.

We are looking for a driven and ambitious professional with experience in business development, sales management, and international patient coordination. If you have the ability to lead growth and build a successful team, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective growth strategies to increase international patient volume.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to treatment completion.

Build long-term, professional relationships with patients and partners.

Analyze data and make informed, results-driven decisions.

Supervise and support a small team, enhancing their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

Experience in medical sales, patient coordination, or business development (Dental / Medical Tourism).

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English; Turkish is a plus.

Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
