• Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective way
• Recruit, supervise, and coordinate between staff members
• Help in the preparation of the business marketing plan, establishes the sales goals, and work to meet set goals
• Developing relationships with current and potential customers to serve the company's sales increase
• Conducting visits and presentations to present the company's services to customers, as well as meeting with customers regarding their requests
• Provide prompt response to customers and solve their problems during and after service provision
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices

• Requirements and skills:

• Proven work experience in the field of Operations Management or similar roles
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Age between 25 - 40 years
• Any business-related university major with an acceptable technical background in software development
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership abilities and outstanding organizational skills
