Receiption for Medical Center

We are looking for a customer care agent (reception through phone) for a medical center.

- Languages: English Language excellent speaking and writing 

- Experience in customer care support and appointments reservations additional (additional)

- Should have residence permit in Turkey

- Available for work and committed

- Good communication and  soft skills.

- Salary starting from 4250TL

what you will do:

As a receptionist you are required to answer calls from new or current patients, arrange bookings as per their need, follow up with clinics within the medical center.
