We are an Engineering and Trading company, we are looking for an engineer to be hired as a Technical assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update the company database.
• Prepare presentations and update the company catalogs.
• Attend meetings and take the minutes of the meeting.
• Prepare the quotations and send them to clients and follow up with them.
• Support our team with administrative and technical tasks.
• Develop campaign ideas to market the company’s products and services.
• Provide a proper plan for better engagement with customers.
• Can reach clients and introduce the company's products and services to them.
• Conducting market research to determine the target audience’s needs, interests, and habits.
• Research previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t, and what can be improved.
• Create posts and follow up on the company’s social media pages.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor engineering degree, mechanical specialty is preferable, fresh graduates are accepted.
• Excellent in English writing and speaking.
• Effective writing, speaking, presenting, and active listening skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, clients, and customers where applicable.
• Familiarity with content management systems, webpage analytics, customer relationship management, and other relevant software.
• Have good experience working with Office programs, Photoshop, and design programs.
• Data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making. 
• Creativity, adaptability, and familiarity with current marketing trends.
• Project management skills, like goal-setting and deadline management.
• Great organization, time management, and prioritization abilities.
• Comfortable in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
• Having Turkish citizenship.
