الواجبات والمسؤوليات:

• الرد على استفسارات العملاء باللغة الروسية عبر الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني.
• تقديم معلومات شاملة حول العقارات والخدمات المقدمة.
• تسجيل بيانات العملاء بدقة وفقًا للسياسات والإجراءات المحددة.
• حل المشكلات وتقديم الدعم الفني الأساسي.

المتطلبات:

• إجادة اللغة الروسية (قراءة وكتابة ومحادثة).
• يفضل ايجاد لغات اخرى (انغليزي, عربي)
• مهارات التواصل الفعّال واللباقة.
• القدرة على التعامل مع العملاء بروح إيجابية وحل المشكلات بكفاءة.
• معرفة أساسية بمجال العقارات تعتبر شرط اساسي.

:Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries in Russian via phone and email
• Providing comprehensive information about properties and services offered
• Accurately recording customer data in accordance with specified policies and procedures
• Troubleshooting and providing basic technical support

:Requirements

• Proficiency in the Russian language (reading, writing, and conversation)
• Proficiency in additional languages is preferred (English, Arabic)
• Effective communication skills and eloquence
• Ability to interact with customers with a positive attitude and efficiently solve problems
• Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is essential
