Hayat Yolu is a non-profit, non-governmental organization founded in 2014 and aims at achieving decent living conditions for all those who deserve it in the poorest and most needy communities .

In the high paced dynamic environment of Hayat Yolu , we are now looking for a Digital Art Director!

You will join our E-Marketing Team and be responsible for f editing visual design and will work as a videographer for video projects in marketing campaigns.

What are we looking for?

A teammate who;

• Is passionate about marketing and enjoys being on the design side
• Has an excellent command of written and spoken English & Arabic. Turkish is a plus
• Has had a minimum of 3 year of work experience related to the visual graphics
• Can prepare a nice looking composition
• Has a strong sense of creativity and teamwork
• Has a good level of video editing skills
• Has a strong 3D perception
• Is result & process & detail-oriented
• Has a creative mindset
• Has team spirit and like to play within a worldwide network
• Has excellent knowledge about how to use Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop design programs
• Has advanced knowledge of After Effect

What are your responsibilities? 

• Design requests from the art director, preparing the incoming revisions quickly
• Edit recorded video shootings
• Create and add screen text, music, effects, or graphics suitable for the theme of the video
• Make the videos suitable & ready to post in social media channels and advertisements 
• Develop ideas to help highlight image and message in the video
• Arrange the main visuals according to the channels in the campaign design processes
• Being aware of social media dynamicsWorking hours (Full time)

Working hours are generally 9am to 5pm. Some evening and weekend working may be required when working on big campaigns.
