Qualifications And Job Description
We are currently looking for a "Call Center Customer
Representative" with the following qualifications for our
company operating in the real estate sector.

At least a high school degree, preferably associate
or bachelor's degree

- Minimum 2 years experience as a call center staff in
the real estate sector

- English and Arabic language are must.
Main Responsibilities

- Conducting information and sales calls with customers
over the phone.

- Providing support for calls related to problems and
requests from customers and directing them to relevant
units

- Recording the information about the customers called
and creating customer profiles

- Providing customer satisfaction

- Obtaining new potential customer data

-Very good salary and high commission
