A Digital Marketing Specialist with a Full-time job only, is required for a trading company working in the exporting field & international business in Istanbul / Mahmutbey

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related qualification, having a master's degree in the required field is more preferred
• 1 to 5 years of work experience in digital marketing fields
• Having Wide knowledge of modern marketing methods and ways to define company goals & strategies
• Must be well managed & good experienced in social media and Digital Marketing like (Google Analytics, Google Ad-words, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Remarketing, and Performance Advertising)
• Knowing SEO techniques & strategies
• Experience in planning and analyzing marketing campaigns to achieve their objectives
• Preferred to have the ability to reach new markets and new customers by using innovative ways other than e-marketing
• Having the knowledge & ability to carry out & manage all digital marketing operations in parallel with marketing strategies
• Having good knowledge of designing programs & tools
• Proficiency in working with computer systems & solutions that will be needed in marketing
• Having experience in marketing for exporting & international business companies will be preferred
• Willing to work with a (new & starting-up company in the exporting field) and participate with us in (building, initiating & starting-up) the department
• Willing to work with multinational team & multinational environment
• Must be fluent in writing and speaking English
• Full-time work only

• Developing and implementing marketing plans to increase awareness and knowledge of the company’s services & products
• Achieving the company's main goals and strategies
• Planning, managing, and analyzing marketing campaigns to ensure their effectiveness in promoting the product and enhancing its performance
• Managing the company’s website with continuous modifications & development to improve website quality
• Managing social media sites & pages to improve their quality & increase the audience
• Determining & linking marketing campaigns to time, cost & location to achieve their objectives
• Conducting various research to determine market trends, target customers, conduct research on competitors, and identify opportunities for growth
• Demonstrating problems that customers usually face, and the way to solve these problems through services and products provided by the company in a creative and persuasive manner
• Creating the need for a specific product or service to convince the customer
• Keeping up with current trends and getting regular information about innovations
• Coordination in preparation of the necessary marketing materials, including company profile & product catalogs
