يكون خبره في:
- ناطق باللغه العربيه و التركيه
- تصميم قائمه للمشروبات و الحلو
- تدريب طاقم العمل
- الاداره العامه للموظفين و المقهى
- معدات القهوه و انواعها ومصادر استيرادها
- خبره الكاكاو البلجيكي و انواع الحلو و معداته  انواعه ومصادر استيرادها
- درايه بالمخازن والجرد
- خبره في الامن و السلامه الصحيه المحليه
- العمل تحت الضغط

Design new creative menu choices based on seasonal ingredients, corporate guidance and customer demand.

 

Able to work as the direct liaison to the customer experience at the café. This includes, but is not limited to, in-café workshops, social media posts related to menu and culinary, involvement in the community, ongoing showcase of product development in the café and other areas of experiential

Makes all decisions regarding utilization of leftover food products staying within Company guidelines for such products

 

Participate in development of proper positioning guides and the creation of the right schedules for staff supporting prep and kitchen operations. Must balance the culinary needs of the café with effective operations to manage customer expectations and speed of service.

 

Train new and existing kitchen and dedicated prep staff on the preparation, arrangement and plating of dishes on current and future menu options. Utilize current training tools to train employees in a dynamic setting. Cross-train kitchen staff on multiple stations in the kitchen

 

Experience in managing cost controls, menu planning, and working with a food service management system is critical.

 

Must have a comprehensive knowledge of safe, sanitary food handling procedures, preparation methods, merchandising, and supervision.

 

Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Track, record and replenish inventory as needed, maintain high level of presentation.

-Achieves desired food cost targets, menu planning, purchasing, and food quality guidelines.

Research new developments in cuisine and apply knowledge to your repertoire of menu items.

 

Follows facility, department, and Company safety policies and procedures to include occurrence reporting
