Main Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Coordinate and schedule social media content across platforms, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand voice.
Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and captions, to showcase our products.
Curate user-generated content and collaborate with influencers to amplify our brand presence.
Act as the main point of contact for community inquiries and engagement across social media channels.
Foster positive relationships with our online community and respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions.
Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to coordinate social media campaigns for new product launches, promotions, and events.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns, monitoring performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.
Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and overall social media performance.
Provide regular reports and insights, offering recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the Content, Design, and Customer Support teams to ensure a unified brand message and customer experience across all channels.
Relay customer feedback and insights to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experiences:
At least 3 years of proven experience in Social Media marketing, preferably in SaaS products.
Languages Skills:
Fluency in Arabic (oral and written) is a must, English is a plus.

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist with a focus on coordination in a product-based company.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
